What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 15 calendar days of receiving them. For Nest Pro products or certain high-value electronics, specific terms may apply. Items must be in their original condition.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order history and real-time status by logging into your Google Store account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing.
Do my devices come with a warranty?
Yes, most hardware products come with a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can usually be canceled within a very short window after placement. Once the order reaches the 'Prepared to ship' status, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
