Initiate your return
Sign in to your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.
Print your shipping label
Once your return is authorized, check your email for a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package your items
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then secure the return slip inside and attach the label to the exterior.
Ship and track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 14 business days of receipt.
