British Desert DPM Osprey MK2 Vest

Geared up from the waist up, behold the Osprey MKII vest. Issued from 2007, it's not only a vest torso protector - protect ya neck and shoulders too! Brassards and collars, oh my! They even come with a second, larger ''full collar'' (pictured on the model is the ''1/2 collar''). In the MKII, the inserts have their own zippered pockets front and back (with another pocket inside, oOoo -place one of those helpful tiny squares in there or maybe a picture of your cat). Now you probably don't have the specific thorax components hanging around aimlessly but have you considered being the most belligerent looking laptop carrier? Just imagine!

If you're not feeling large and about to charge just yet, go absolutely mental with the PALS covered front, back and sides. And if you're still not finished attaching things to your torso, fast clips can attach to a Camelbak, respirator bag and appropriate day bag. To the front under the insert pocket sits a hook & loop cummerbund (see last image of carrier flat from front) and adding to fit adjustment is hook & loop to both sides of the waist area. 

Enough waffle. Assembly required! These are so fresh and unused, some have tailors chalk and flat packed in plastic packaging. Stock up on DDPM pouches, load up the tortoise and go fight a sandworm.

Sizing/dimensions:  These carriers are fitted by your chest circumference and your height - (chest)/height. To find your size, measure the circumference of your chest, just under the armpits and then your overall height.
-Hook & loop adjustments can accommodate about +/- 10cm at the waist.
