German Air Force Flecktarn Field Cap
Under the banner of the Bundeswehr (Federal Defence Forces of Germany), the Luftwaffe (Air Force (not that Luftwaffe)) has the same field dress as the Army - Flecktarn for everybody!
The Air Force hat has the same no bones, collapsible, foldable, crushable construction as the field cap we usually stock but it has a different patterned cut - somewhat more basebally or casual.
These little hats are great to stow away in packs or gloveboxes, for those times when you forget how punishing the sun can be. If you're a flecktarn fanatic, even better! Stash one of these little guys away and stay sunsmart!
