South African Pattern 70 medium pack in olive drab cotton canvas. Features a flap-top main compartment with metal grommet drain holes and webbing strap closures. The pack includes two external side pouches with flap and press-stud closure.

Rear-mounted canvas shoulder straps with adjustable webbing and metal hardware are fitted to the back panel.
