ACU Camouflage Boonie Hat

Boonie hats are designed protect against harsh sun rays and pouring rain. The original boonie hats that were issued to the U.S. Army were named Jungle hats. Australian's previously called this design of hat a 'giggle hat'. Although they are now more often referred to as a bush hat. This particular boonie hat features the UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) that was the previous standard camouflage pattern of the Army Combat Uniform for the US Army.

Keeping in typical boonie hat style, this hat has a foliage ring for adding vegetation to provide camouflage and an adjustable chin strap. An essential hat for fishing down at the river or long days hiking in the sun.
